NO. They are meant to have no statistical effect. They are part of the scenery, basically.

i would love to see them attack, but it would have to be only an animation, no damage, no hit (to trigger balth's sprit, barbs, or anything like that) nothing, only an animation. it would be great fun

I think this is a really cute idea, provided of course as mentioned by many that it remain strictly graphic. Some of the minis already make noise - having other ones make little flailing attacks would be awesome.

Would be nice to see them attacking, but no mini-pet arena, this would turn into pokemon wars!

Well, having Cockfights on the street would be great.

I think GW needs minigames, or other things BESIDES seeing your characters same old ass, doing the same old thing. So while it may seem like you're throwing pokemon in GW, it could add to the variety of the game.

Think FF7, overated yes, but maaaan it had some cool minigames.

As long as what they're doing has no effect on the battlefield, I'm in favor of it.

/unsigned, stupid uselessness.

As is mini's weren't pointless enough, you people want to add more scripting to them? Jesus and his mother Mary, did you people get tired of signing all the other useless suggestions?

They're just novelty items, collectors, one time buyers etc. They should'nt attack, if they can attack they can, take your loot, gold, greens etc.
oh and also die!

Ok heres what i dont understand... 80 to 90% of the time you have your minipet out, you never see it, especially in grassy areas or with minions, etc... so youre going to be increasing bandwidth for something youre not going too see and make the lag 3 times worse?

But do you guys realize, that if ANet will make minipets attack (with no dmg of course), that Siege Turtle will costs a LOT more? :P
